If you’re looking for a quick and easy pizza recipe look no further. This recipe will have you enjoying a home-made pizza big enough for the whole family in no time at all.
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes
- Self Raising Flour – 1 Cup
- Greek Yoghurt – ½ Cup
- Tomato Paste
- Shredded Ham
- Shredded Bacon
- Hot Salami
- Mushroom (sliced)
- Onion (sliced)
- Red and Green Capsicum (sliced)
- BBQ Sauce
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1: Combine 1 cup self-raising flour with ½ cup of Greek yoghurt to form a dough. (Add more of either if needed).
2: Roll dough to preferred size and place on pizza tray.
1: Spread tomato paste on the pizza base.
2: Layer the shredded ham, bacon and hot salami onto the base (as much as preferred).
3: Layer the sliced ingredients (mushroom, onions and capsicum) over the meat (as much as preferred).
4: Cover with mozzarella cheese (as much as preferred).
5: Finally, top with BBQ sauce (or preferred sauce).
1: Place in the oven at 180° for 15 – 20 minutes.
